Returns & Exchange Policy


Return Policy:
We accept returns for any damaged or defective hardware (e.g., vapes, cartridges) within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the item is not malfunctioning or physically damaged, it is not eligible for return—no exceptions.

To request a return, you must speak directly with the Floor Manager at the location where the purchase was made. Returns will not be processed without manager approval.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges will only be made for unopened products, if there was a clear error in fulfilling your order. All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by the Floor Manager.

Important Notice:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product.
